Why did you do a DSi Downgrade? That's not needed anymore... On whichever firmware you have now you just do the 2.1 CTRTransfer and you are good to go. Now if you don't have even a backup of firm partitions, honestly, i'm not too sure what you have to do at this point...

Oh i get it, i thought you just did it. Without any backup, i think you are stuck, but it's better to wait someone more expert

I take it you don't have a nandmin.bin backup from that system...

I'm stuck on the CTRTransfer Part. I already copied the .bin and .bin.sha files to their correct directory (CTRTransfer folder) but the app still says that no transfer file are found to procceed. I'm on Old 3DS 11.3

Maybe check your SD card with H2testw
