I don't, I do have a HDMI capture card, but my laptop is tripping with it on OBS, so i can't use it.
You could maybe hook up component cables to a HDMI converter and put it through your capture card, or alternatively mod your Wii to have a HDMI port. There's a kit that you can buy from here: https://www.retrorgb.com/wiidual.html

I have a HDMI to Wii adapter in my Wii currently. (My TV has only 2 HDMI ports.) No component or AV sadly. That is why i bought a Wii U originally, till i found out such adapters exist.

I don't like the cheap Wii2HDMI adapter shit from AliExpress. It takes the component signal from the video out and fake upscales it to a much higher resolution. I had many problems with my adapter and moving the cables caused the picture to seize up and go blank.

I have 2 of them, both work fine for me. As long i can read the text on the screen without weird effects. It is all fine for me.

That's good, if it works for you then I'm happy. Interestingly enough, it is possible to modify these adapters as a cheap alternative to an OG Xbox internal HDMI mod.

Ayyy, nice!
Almost as jank as mine
pls ignore the dust, I don't go back here too much (this is normally behind my monitor)

My chain goes something like this.

Wii > HD Retrovision Component Cables > Component Video Selector (3 in to 1 out) > AVerMedia (ET113) Component to HDMI adapter > HDMI 3x1 Switch > OREI 1x2 HDMI splitter (this is to bypass the PSTV's HDCP) > EVGA XR1 Lite HDMI Capture Card > PC

I have salvaged a old V1 Wii Diskdrive, so i could play physical GCN games. (I had a Red Wii in the past. It was bricked but i kept the parts) and just like i salvaged the Ports from that same wii
