Hardware a thing with my 3ds touch screen

whenever i use drawing apps like fs3d on my 3ds some parts of the screen make it draw zig zag lines instead of normal lines or something else, why is this happening? has this happened to anyone else?

Try cleaning it really well but if that doesn't work the touch panel is probably messed up
You can get a new one for a few dollars/pounds

I have cleaned it but that doesn't work so I need to get the bottom screen replaced

Only the touch panel. LCD and touch are two parts – touch is the cheaper one.
Replacement is quite some work though.
