Could anyone direct me to a .NDS rom compressor or a program that shrinks the size of a .nds rom? thanks in advance.

There are Rom Trimmers not Rom Compressors.

Before you are going to trim roms, you need to keep a few things in mind:
- DSi (enhanced) roms may be trimmed incorrectly by ndstokyotrim, because it is an old program
- If you're going to patch a game you need to use a rom that isn't trimmed
- If you trim a patched game, it will usually go corrupt because patched games are already trimmed

They released a beta recently which supposedly works correctly with dsi enhanced games.
