Hacking A quick question about NAND dumping.....

Just a quick question, if you brick your Wii U you can use a NAND backup to bring it back correct? I'm curious if it's possible to get a NAND backup, say... from a friends Wii U, would it be possible to reboot it that way? And how would you do it?

BTW please do not link anything.

welp... Thanks for responding!

Its also not all that easy to restore a Nand backup. You need to buy a tool for it, open up the Wii U and solder it in. It's why I never bothered with the Nand backup. Given I have no idea how to solder properly and would have to buy everything needed to reflash the Nand even if I did, if anything goes wrong it'd be easier and not much more expensive to just buy another Wii U.
