Hacking A Question about installing boot9strap on 11.4

so i'm installing CFW for a friend that has 11.4 and the tutorial for that at 3ds.guide looks a bit complicated (ya know having to own a dsiware game and doing a system transfer)
is it possible to use oot3dhax to run homebrew on 11.4 and install boot9strap that way?

No. The whole point of the DSiWare method is that it has access to NAND; if you were using HBL, you'd need ARM9 kernel access which currently isn't available for 11.4 OFW.

If all you're running is homebrew from HBL, that's fine, but the problem is then you have to run Safehax before installing boot9strap. Safehax won't work on 11.4, so you can't continue installing boot9strap.
