A Portable Emulation Station Idea

I had the idea of turning a Dreamcast controller into a portable, full-fledged emulation console. While it sounds idealistic, it can be possible given the amount of space on the back of the controller. My idea involved it being to emulate everything up to Wii U or PS3/360. Are there any SBCs powerful enough or would I have to think bigger?

I can't offer any advice on the design side of things, but that sounds like an incredibly ambitious project and would love to see it done! Consider me curious.

Do you intend to have HDMI output coming out of the controller, or having the screen embedded where the VMU screen usually is?
