Homebrew A HBL question

If I were to install the HBL on a Japanese 3DS would it be in English or Japanese. Stupid question - I know, I'm curios though.

There's any particular reason behind the choice of a JP model?

Just curious why not get NA N3ds that comes out the 25th? Or buy a European one? Japanese is a pretty huge language barrier.

Simple I will be able to play different games on the JPN one then I would on the US one (I also though nintendo would never release it) It's mainly their fault

You can use HBL to remove region restrictions you know.
