Hacking a few stupid questions...

i corrupted my home menu again... i have a nand backup but i forgot where i put it..
i was wondering if there is some way to switch the title thats run on boot so that i can boot directly into fbi or nasa, boot into the homebrew menu so i can launch fbi, if i can use godmode9 (obviously modified) to inject a good home menu into my dead one, or if i could write to my sysnand from my emunand and install my good home menu.
if anything exists that would let me do any of these could some one tell me where i can get them/ how i can do them or tell me why we cant do these? (i already know that emunand redirects all nand writes to the sdcard and that the homebrew launcher is used as a homemenu takeover tool)

this system is b9s yes but i have a backup but idk where i kept it so ive been looking for it for awhile

Worst case scenario, you can just use GodMode9 to do a 9.2.0 CTRTransfer without a NAND backup.

Edit: I was a little confused by your original post. Do you have a functional emuNAND?

i have 4 functioning emunands but those are for my o3ds my n3ds is bricked and so are its emunands

If you have no sysNAND or emuNAND backups from the problematic 3DS, then you should boot into GodMode9 and do a 9.2.0 CTRTransfer following this guide. That should solve your problem. To save yourself some trouble in the future, you should make a NAND backup after you're done.
