Hacking A Few Questions

I just started with all of this a few days ago and I've gotten my homebrew and Haxchi installed. I have a few questions about my dumped games. I'm in the process of dumping Xenoblade Chronicles X and Tokyo Mirage Sessions because I want to use the uncensor/undub patches offered on this site.

Are there any issues with loading them through Loadiine GX2? More specifically, is there a better option for loading games? Can you use a USB drive instead? I always see talk of Loadiine and nothing about using USB. I want to continue playing online with XCX and use my bought DLC with TMS, but Loadiine can't do that, right? So what are my other options?

You must not be looking closely enough if you think no one talks about running games of USB. That's all anyone talks about when it comes to playing downloaded games on the Wii U anymore.
