Hi. I want to know how to set up the moonshell sofware on my acekard 2i. I am using a 1.4.1 firmware. And can the moonshell play music, view photos (JPG/JPEG) and play films? And can someone tell me how to change the skin of my acekard 2i?



(by changing the skin, will this affect my card?)


EDIT: I downloaded the Halo theme but it only shows the ROM's and when I want to change the theme, the whole card freezes, what do I do?

just download the lastest version of moonshell 2 and put the moonshl2 folder on the root and the moonsheel 2.nds anywhere ya want. you can uses the language select.nds to change the language.

Also, I didn't know all that much before I got into the flashcart market, which is why I did some research and used my trusted friend Google to get my answers instead of posting stupid topics in forums. And you can't get stupider than your stupidity.

use the non direct boot version?
I think that direct boot for auto loading...

"u" isn't slang, it's an abbreviation.

is it the file thats called, 'moonshl2.nds'? if it is then it doesn't work for me becuase when i click on it, it says, 'extention memory was not found'. how do i fix this problem? ive put the moonshl2.nds, moonshl_directboot.nds and the language pack (.nds file) on the root of my card...

How about putting the "MOONSHL2" folder in the root of your memory card like the FREAKING READ ME TELLS YOU TO.

It'd not called Read Me for nothing, it wants you to read it. You know, reading?

Hmmm, I've heard of the word "slang"; is that what you meant to ask? As for its meaning, Zero already covered that pretty well...though, honestly, calling out someone as "dumb" when repeatedly using "u" for "you" and implying they're "illiterite" [sic] isn't so much laughable as it is a frightening look at the future of society as a whole.

In short, I should thank you for reminding me to spend extra time reading to my children and checking the spelling on their homework.

As for Moonshell, are you sure you have all the other requisite files and folders Moonshell needs (as Shattered mentioned above)? I haven't yet tried out the new version of Moonshell (I just don't have the need for it, I have a music/video player already that works much better than the DS) or I could offer better hands-on advice. Generally, it's pretty cut-and-dry with running it (thanks Moonlite!) so I imagine it's something small that you overlooked.
