I'm just having a horrid day and trying to at least have a smile by hopefully getting this situation resolved.
So I copied everything to a folder via my desktop. Do I have to fully go through the 3DS guide again or put those files on my new SD?
You only need to move everything in that folder you created to your new SD. If none of your games show up, let me know. I'll tell you how to fix it.

So I have the following message.
"Could not detect a MicroSD Card. The Software on the MicroSD Card could not be displayed"

I'm guessing I have to re-format my SD card?

What does your computer say your new card is formatted as? If it's not FAT32, then yes. Be sure that the files you copied to it are still in that folder on your desktop before you format it, though.

So.. It still tells me the same message.
I'm starting to think your n3DS' mSD reader is eiither dirty, or is giving out. Could you try powering off your console, removing your mSD, then blowing in the mSD slot?

Edit: I had a 2DS that had that issue, and I had to frequently blow into the slot every time I removed my SD card, or it would give the same error.

So I use a tool called 'Mini Tool Partition Wizard'
Here is what I see.

There's your problem. Disk 3 has 16MB of unallocated space. Delete the FAT32 partition, then create a new FAT32 partition using ALL of the unallocated space. You could also use Panasonic SD Formatter after removing the FAT32 partition.

Okay so I did the tool and no more message. Everything is on my 3DS.
So should I test my FBI on a game to see if it gives me any errors?

Yes. Let me know how it goes.

Well I tried through PKMN UltraS and told me failed to request from site, because I scanned the QR code which aren't always reliable.
So I'm doing a different game that will take 50 minutes. I will let you know if any problems arise! Thank you so much for your help!

I usually use FreeShop. It's in the Title Database in FBI. I don't think FBI is using the title key site's new URL, so it can't fetch the key needed to request the title metadata and ticket required to download the game.

Edit: Also, you're welcome.

I'm using Villian3DS, a new shop CFW, I'll try Freeshop after this game downloads.
