So, if anyone's seen the max play adapter, it's used for car cigar plug 12v to the WiiU's 15V (I think 6 amps?) DC. If I were to cut the cigar plug end and solder a 12v battery barrel jack end on instead, would the max play power supply work to power the WiiU?
Also, if the battery bank (12v 6A) becomes low voltage, does anyone know what would happen to the wiiu?
Another question, does anyone know if the WiiU has a regulator board similar to the Wii's? I believe the Wii accepts 12v or 5v.
