Have just jailbroken a phat PS5 version 11.40 with P2JB and japanese lua game, sent a bdj_unpatch_1340.elf that loaded successfully, but BD_JB using Autoloader version 1.30 results in a black screen with no debug menu or a failure message. Console works and I can exit the disc but it doesn't jailbreak and lags when disc is loaded. Have performed multiple restarts, cleared cookies, web cache and blu-ray cache but it still has no result. Tried with internet on and off, disabled HDR, went to 1080p and none of these result in reaction from the console's side. While disc is loaded and I've pressed the PS button, console is stuttering, but when blu-ray application is closed it goes back to normal. Edit: after subsequent jailbreak attempts through remote lua loader utilizing P2JB, the console no longer accepts the bdj_unpatch_1340.elf payload, displaying "Error Zip_Open (read) failed: No such process"

Since text tutorials are apparently dead, we are all supposed to watch 3 different YouTube videos weeks apart to figure out what to do, and this is still cutting edge stuff, I figured I’d put together a tutorial on how I’m successfully Jailbreaking my PS5 on 12.70 FW. I’ve been: Watching Netflix (the one for NetflixNHax). Somehow the PS5 installed the latest update for this Netflix pkg while Jailbroken and it made it work. Watching Youtube (No-PSN PKG). Didn’t let any updates get applied to this one as it works fine. Playing Neir: Automata (PS4 backup .pkg). Playing Pragmata (PS5 backup, game folder dump). With Sony set to close the PS3 and PS Vita PlayStation Stores, it’s a good time to remember that PS1, PS2, and PSP titles often feature cross-buy or a free upgrade to the PS5 version. (Plus, some PS Vita and PS3 games also grant you the PS4 version for free.)

For example, if you buy the PS1 version of Resident Evil 2 or the PS2 version of War of the Monsters from the PlayStation Store on your PSP, PS3, or PS Vita and use the same PSN account, the PS4 and PS5 versions will automatically become available for free download.

This is worth it because not only are PS1 games cheaper on the PS3 store than on the PS5, but buying them there allows you to play on five different platforms: PSP, PS Vita, PS3, PS4, and PS5.
