I just bought an Apple TV last week and I cannot for the life of me pair my ultimate controller. When I put it into pairing mode, it shows up in the Bluetooth "other devices" area, however, after clicking that, I see a separate device immediately pop up (presumably the controller's code name) and within a few seconds receive the following error: "Make sure 'Pro Controller' is turned on and in range." Now, this is not one of the controllers with the D button on the back, it just has Bluetooth and 2.4g, but it is on the most recent firmware update, so everything ought to be up to speed. I have it switched to Bluetooth for this, of course, but I seem to be the only person on the planet struggling to get this controller to connect because I continue to find zero resources for troubleshooting this with Apple TV!
