The work around is to update to 9.2 and have a retail copy of cubic ninja and load pasta CFW

Yeah, this topic is a month old, but this topic got linked in some Pasta CFW topic so. I don't have retail Cubic Ninja, and I'm just too scared using sysUpdater, since no Smash.
I wait for emuNAND support and stay on 4.5 for now.

I have done over 12 successful system nand updates so for. If you use the newest .4 and not the beta you're fine. The problem is with 4.x unless they are a legit cia you can't play them on a cfw with 7.x keys.

Are you saying that the legit-CIA versions of those games will work on a 4.X CFW?

Not with the cfw itself but if you're using rxtools to play them then yes.
