Precache isn't sustainable as upscaling every minute of an FMV can add several GB's of data to the folder, unless you plan on only upscaling the opening and ending, it would only be feasible to use Async Loading or just upload the upscale to youtube and tab out every cutscene instead of watching in-game unless you have 32-128GB of RAM.
