This uses the dump from here, along with 150+ textures that weren't included.
Notes...
- Upscaled x4 w/ High Fidelity v2 and again x2 w/ CUGAN, for a cartoon'y look.
- Textures with grass look.. good enough, but everything else looks wonderful!
- DDS wasn't used because it made the smooth textures look noticeably worse.
