It is possible to create a 30 fps cheat code for The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening?
It would be great to play this game without the constant stuttering due to the continuous fps drops.

Like Masagrator said, The game indeed Slows Down if we Force the FPS Limit down to 30. But I still tried to find the Game Speed Code and I got nothing...

I think not all Unreal Engine behaves the same.

For Blue Fire, The FPS Limit Switcher by Default is already set to 0x00000001 = 60 FPS Limit. But the FPS is still locked at 30 in every area of the game including Pause Menu. I tried finding this "FPS Locker" but had no luck...

For Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night(which is also running in Unreal Engine), The FPS Limit Switcher by Default was set to 0x00000002 = 30 FPS Limit. I edited the value to 0x00000001 and the game is able to achieve 60 FPS without altering the Game Speed.
(Tested at Max Overclocks 1785/921/1600).

Hmm, maybe it requires taking a look into the Unreal Engine config files, I don't even know where to begin with that... Maybe I'm better off playing it at 30fps lol

UE4 and UE3 games are not good for this type of treatment. They are almost always using dynamic resolution and not changing its settings results in broken performance. Achieving 60 FPS only by unlocking FPS is much harder, close to impossible in gameplay.

I recommend looking at configs first, then look for way to make cheats for game.

No performance wise. Game speed is tied to FPS and you need perfect 60 FPS to not have slowdowns. Max clocks are not enough.

60 FPS in Final Fantasy XII.
Game menu is in 60 FPS, gameplay is 30 FPS.
I couldn't make it fully working.
I had 60 FPS with 2x speed (trying to adjusting speed to correct one resulted again in 30 FPS lock) or 60 FPS only when moving camera.
Would be nice to have it as PC version has 60 FPS option.

I lost to the Challenge...
Just like you said, Lowering the Game Speed to counter the Speeding Up with 60 FPS will make the Game still Looks 30 FPS But only the Camera movement speed is faster.

It's already at 60 FPS?
Maybe the reason why the Character feels like it's moving at 30 FPS is because they are 2D Models.

Normal Speed (x1) = L + Dpad UP
SlowMo Speed (x0.5) = L + Dpad LEFT
Faster Speed (x2) = L + Dpad RIGHT

I was checking with Cheat Engine on PC what is happening when switching between 30 and 60 FPS. Only what I have found is that two floats are changing (now i don't remember if changing them manually was doing anything).
Iirc (can be other way around) When 30 FPS
float 1 = 2.0
float 2 = 0.5
when 60 FPS
float 1 = 1.0
float 2 = 1.0

They were next to each other. Tried to find it and replace it resulted in no change.
