I wouldn't recommend updating to 6.35 to use the HEN for that one, as I believe the HEN for 6.31 is more stable and has more homebrew compatibility.
I believe he should update to from 6.30 to 6.31 and use that HEN.

Can anyone give me instructions how to install custom firmware 5.00m33-6 on it using HEN 6.35?

No, Rydian and I have tested it will not extract the prx from the eboots.

Pandora doesn't care about the firmware, only the motherboard.

The motherboards in every 1000 are capable of pandora.
