No, that's not how it works.
The official bootloader is the one that burns fuses, not OFW.

And that bootloader never runs if you boot into RCM, so you use an alternative bootloader that skips all fuse programming (fuse checking or fuse burning), like Hekate.

I used to boot OFW all the time using Hekate, by choosing "Stock".
Never burnt any additional fuses.

You can't.
Hekate doesn't support booting into stock 6.2.
Custom bootloaders don't work on 6.2 right now, whether it be CFW or stock/OFW.

ATMOSPHERE now supports 6.2. Just download the latest version of that and all should be good.
