I found r4 2019 with flash card for 8 dollars without sd card
(Already have unused one) is it good?
Many older flashcarts are blacklisted by the current 3DS firmware and won't work without CFW. There's no way of knowing if this "520 in 1" cart is one of them.
It will work without CFW, but it might have a "time bomb" that will make it stop working unless your 3DS clock is set to some date in the past, or unless you use a particular kernel. (I'm a little fuzzy on the details.) The R4i 3DS Gold Plus is the card people usually recommend.

I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar -

Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)+1 -

Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
