5.03/5.50 Prometheus v4 released

It works well for games that work only work on the 6.20 firmware, but I do have a problem playing a patched iso of Harvest Moon: Hero of Leaf Valley. It needs to be patched for the sound fix but it's not working on 5.50 prometheus.

Hope that they would fix some other compatibility problems on their next update.

I tried with clean .iso for 6.20 fw games and it works perfectly fine. The same for older games and save does works perfectly fine.

YEP, second that. You guys should try prometheus cfw. It work beautifully.

I get a Corrupted Data message.
-DL'd and Extracted the file off FileTrip
-Copied the folder inside of the .zip into my PSP/GAME folder
-Corrupted Data
Am I doing something wrong?

So, I'm not going to lie, I can't understand the whole hacking scene on the PSP. I'm a terrible noob at it. It took me a huge amount of research to figure out how to hack my PSP 3000.

My PSP 3000 right now is 5.03 GEN-C (Full). I used ChickHEN [not sure if it's relevant to post].

Can someone type out in basic steps on how to do this? Or if I should upgrade or whatever. It'd be very much appreciated. =]

A pauper looking for a crump of help here - I've got my PSP 3000 to 5.03 Gen-C CFW thorugh ChickHen and last night I installed Prometheus for the first time as my UMD of Peace Walker finally arrived. Long story short, it was turned off (I know!0 and I was back on ol' original 5.03. I can still get Gen-C installed as normal, but Prometheus does nothing when installed after Gen-C and if installed after ChickHen it just igves me the regular Gen-C CFW rather than the Prometheus. It never asks me to install either of them or even give me any options when I excute them, they just boot me up in Gen-C now. I've deleted and replaced the Prometheus folder on my memory stick to no avail. I've also tried to ineptedly naviate the Gen vsh menu to see if I could 'clean the slate', but I've tried all the obvious options and nothing has changed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'm stuck in a very annoying netherland of not wanting to update to 6.20 and wanting to play Peace Walker. Any other ways to play Peace Walker from UMD would be just as helpful, as would any way to clear out the flash or whatever the excutables are written to!

Unfortunately there isn't a downgrader for 3000's yet
