Hacking 4coolday, I got a defect from them...

I sent them an email about it. And let's face it. 4coolday sucks. I sent the email over 12 hours ago, and it said less than 12 to return them. Has anyone ever sent anything back to 4coolday? I bought an iedge. The edge team said I got a defect.

Well if I spent 22 dollars on this defect, I might want to get my money back, or another card in exchange at least.

If they are based on china, hongkong then you better get it done ASAP.
otherwise, they might go off to holiday by end of next week for a duration of 2-4 weeks

this is also a quick note for those who intend to buy flash cart from those chinese or hong kong vendors.
make sure you ask them when are they going for their holiday and will they be able to make deliveries before you place any order.

Same here. 4coolday sucks. I got a defective acekard 2.1, and I had to contact them through MSN before I could even get an answer, and they told me to ship it back out, even though I had a video proving it doesnt work. They also said they would not reimburse me for shipping.

MSN, like the instant messenger? Or hotmail? Because I sent them an email with my hotmail account. But if they have an MSN account, that could work too.

They have MSN and they are online quite often. They are okay with you shipping back without packaging, so that should cut down your costs. No clue about the reimbursing though, I know a lot of online retailers try to weasel out of it.

So, what is there MSN account name? I don't use MSN much. So sorry if account name isn't the right term. Thanks by the way.

i ordered my R4i last summer, they didn't reply to my emails when i wanted to
ask about wheres my order (its been 3 weeks!!!) a month later i finally got and they emailed me
about its coming after i got the dang thing. When i order my acekard im just gonna order off one of the sites
