For a 4.55 ps4, where can I find the app for android (and iOS) where I can host the web exploit without PC? Thank you.

Well seeing as not everyone has an ESP you can host the files on android or IOS through any webserver app: https://gbatemp.net/threads/aio-ps4-exploit-guide.497858/#post-7858030

Also stooged has a pretty nice android app called PS4Serve2.
