Hacking 4.5 3DS XL Black Screen Error

So I have a 4.5 3DS XL that when I turn it on it opens the home screen for like 5 seconds than gives me the black "An error has occurred screen."

I have been using it with a R4 Deluxe card on the 3.3b firmware and it's been working great. This first happened when I got a streetpass when my 3DS was closed while playing Bravely Default. I opened my 3DS and the screen was just black so I turned it off and now it just gets the error every time I turn it on.

I have a backup of my firmware and have had to unbrick this 3DS before.

So far I've tried turning it on with and without wi-fi on, or any games in, or SD card and it still has the same problem. I've also re-seated the separate wi-fi board and that didn't change anything either.

Any ideas of what else I should try?

reflash your old nand dump...it kinda sounds like your nand got corrupted somehow
