Hacking 4.3 wii and wads

Did nintendos 4.3 update for the wii fuck up a bunch of wads or what, because i cant install either of the everybody votes channels unpatched or patched, it gives me the 1022 error, and i also cant install SMB 3, yet i can install sonic 1 and 2 fine, i used both ios 58 and 236 neither work, can anybody help me?

There is probably something wrong with the problematic WAD files. Try downloading them from other sources.
