Hacking 4.2e modded wii

Hi all i accidentally updated to 4.2 on my modded PAL wii and have now lost my region-free ability (other than running NTSC games through neogamma). Is there any way to fix this or am i destined to use neogamma forever?

I take it you were using the disc channel which means you have cIOSCORPS installed. Am i right ?

no i updated through the normal wii update service, stupidly thinking it would solve a SDHC compatibility problem i had

havent got cioscorps installed as iv got it chipped with a wiikey

I did the same thing by updating. to 4.2e. The only problem i have now is games not loading all the time from the disc channel. I use a drivekey as a mod chip. Got HBC, MCPlayer, Wad manager etc.

Just having trouble running wads. i get error this channel cannot be used and cannot get around it. Searched for that error but no recent posts on it.

Anyway if you manager to restore full disc functionality let me know.

there aren't region free wii hacks for 4.2
