just curious if someone actually compare the picture quality of 3rd party component cable vs nintendo ?
most of result from google search only compare component vs composite.
is worth to spend more money on nintendo's ?

I purchased 3 from dealextreme and I can't tell the difference. Maybe if your TV is picky but they work fine on mine and my friends. Well worth the price difference for me.

Same here. It's all the same, really. The only difference is that Nintendo charges much more for theirs since it has their logo on it.

I bought 2 and returned the more expensive Nintendo cable as the cheaper alternative was the same

When it comes to cables there is never a big difference. There was some experiment where people tested the difference between monster cables and hangars and found that the sound quality was about the same. I'm sure google can find the site for you.
