A logo has appeared on the website alongside the other download services.
A webpage on Nintendo Greece's website appears to show the logo for 3DSWare. Clicking on the link leads to a page that lists "no products."
Little is known about the downloadable content service on the Nintendo 3DS eShop. The "3DSWare" name was known to be trademarked by Nintendo in Japan and Europe, but the name has not been confirmed in an official capacity until now.here.[/p]
    Warning: Spoilers inside!

A stupid accident, but kinda obvious it would come.

Yeah, caught this over on GoNintendo. Very cool. I'm guessing we'll see DLGs that make full use of the hardware, which is pretty exciting considering the nature of 3DS. Of course, Nintendo has been very vocal as of late regarding mobile-app prices devaluing the market, so the prices of 3DSWare games/apps might come in (on average) somewhere around the same prices as stuff found on PSN/XBLA. Nobody can fault Nintendo for demanding what their wares are worth, but third parties might end up getting screwed...again.

Hopefully the games are good, have some action fare maybe an RPG or strategy games (even DSiware had RPGs, Japan only of course and they even had a single visual novel as well), add shoot em ups too (I loved the G.G. series). Just don't make it mostly apps and casual games like with DSiware

Angry Birds will be on the PSP which still is a bad sign.

Rovio is already considering(or perhaps even working on) an angry birds game for the 3DS.
i do hope if they make one it won't be as bad as the PSP version(it requires you to overclock the PSP to 666mhz)

First, the PSP has a max of 333Mhz.

Second, for people who actually bought the game, it has no problem at all.

i know the psp has a max of 333mhz, and that's exactly the problem.
and i did buy it, and on several levels i have a significant loss of framerate resulting in unresponsive controls.
in a game that requires precision controls like angry birds unresponsive controls is just something you shouldn't be getting.

It's already on PSP. I played it. It was awful, but only because it's meant to be a touchscreen game, not an analog stick.

Though I have nothing to compare it to. I don't own any devices that can play it, nor do I know anyone who owns such a device and owns Angry Birds.

Also, umm why is that strange image in the spoiler?
