Hardware 3DS XL Mobo revisions?

Hello. I have a couple of XL motherboards here and I was wondering if nintendo made any revisions. Both are slightly different with the obvious difference being one uses Samsung and the other uses a Toshiba flash chip. Are there any differences between the two other than the obvious change in NAND manufacturer? Maybe one's slightly faster etc.

Just curious.

there will be differences both speed and lifespan between them as they are from different manufacturers but it is not enough of a difference to matter.

the Samsung chip is probably the better of the two but that is pure conjecture on my part.
