Hacking 3ds XL lost all apps

can someone tell me how to format my device without needing to actually go into my settings

ive got a unmodded console as well if i can use the unmodded one to fix the currently fucked one

so in my other thread i explain how my 3ds is fucked to hell and i am not having much luck right now, is there any way i can force restore the console and mod it later, i think its already hard modded.

it says error and doesnt allow an update to go through

actually 1 is a new 2ds xl but same regions yes correct,

recovery mode gives an error
i thought i did but apparently not or it got corrupted. i remember backing shit up as it took forever
i did a CTRTransfer and it got me past everything but now it wants me to set up the 3ds as if i just got it out of the box and when i finish setup it crashes and reboots

Try CTRTrasnfer with other FWs. Try it with decrypt9

You do realize that sd card post of nintys means diddly squat. If its the case. Then 64gb cards ans 128gb card would be useless which I can tell ya they work nicely in my consoles
