Gaming 3DS XL freeze

I am at friends house trying to play MK7 online.
I conected and got a group in worldwide.
Now the 3DS freezed but the sound is still there.
The picture on the toucscreen with the wheel going round stopped to move.
Idk what to do and someone reply FAST!!

Calm down.
Now, just try switching off the power button and then on it.
Probably the cartrige went loose

There's no reason why it wouldn't be able to boot. The worst thing that can probably happen is you lose your save file.

If it is a problem, switching it off is better than keeping it just like that.

The screen went black.... and after 30 sec it turned off....

Try it. It won't do harm, or if it is a 3DS problem, we'll see.

Glad it worked out fine. Just fyi, whenever something freezes like that, it's almost ALWAYS better to risk turning it off then back on, as opposed to stressing the system frozen like that.
