Hardware 3ds xl display problems

I get a new 3ds xl on 4.5 but the touchscreen shows other colors then normal. And over the screens are a grey veil.

From where come it? Can i fix it?

Probably a miswiring of the ribbon cables.

You can try to open your 3DS XL and reconnect better the faulty ribbon cable.
