Homebrew 3DS wii u smash controller online?)

So this is kinda both for the 3ds and the wii u. But I posted this in the wii u section because I think it's the best fit.
Do you think there can be a homebrew workaround on both systems or just the wii u itself to let you enable you to use the 3ds as a online controller for Smash Wii U? Or is it near impossible to do?
