Hardware 3ds Upper Screen Help

A few days ago, I disassembled my console (o3ds) to try to do a hardmod. I gave up and assembled the console again, but now my upper screen doesn't work and stays black. Wonder what could have caused this?

Have you checked if the ribbon cable's properly attached?

As HE said, check if the LCD ribbon is properly connected:

If the upper screen turns on, but stays black, is it still the ribbon cable or something else?
It can be damaged if you dropped it or something (I also have one O3DS with top screen damaged although everything Works as it should)

Other than that, maybe the ribbon is damaged?
 
What's the purpose of the ribbon cable right next to the LCD's ribbon cable? I think I damaged the ribbon cable (LCD) with my fingertip.

One is for the cameras, the other is the speakers and the other is the LCD

Here's a pic of my Top LCD damaged although the console (O3DS) still boots normal:
