Homebrew 3ds turn off system error when going into ds settings

whenever i go into my ds settings from system settings... it gives me a black screen with a normal system error...

luma 8.1.1
11.6 (because idk what anything past 11.6 does anything to cfw or luma)
luma cfw with b9hax

Go here and do the "DSi/DS functionality is broken after completing guide" section. That should fix it.

That probably won't help, since going into DS profile settings doesn't involve rebooting into TWL_FIRM.
