Fair point, the name isn't the best, but since it lets you manage dumped titles (as in extracting data and rebuilding them, as well as extracting and rebuilding just the RomFS and ExeFS files), I though it was a nice name for it.

It should work with any CIA or 3DS file. But, why would you want to do that though?

To be specific, I am trying to rip DLC assets from Hyrule Warriors Legends. I can rip from the normal game using Citra, however, Citra does not currently support loading update or DLC content

HOWEVER

I have a personal save with all dlc unlocked and can view dlc on my 3ds just fine. I rationalize that by building a single file that includes the update content (about160mb), and loading my save on Citra (which I can and have done), it should enable the viewing of that content on Citra, to be ripped as normal. My belief that this is possible stems from the Pokemon games, which can be patched to include the update on a single installable/runnable file.

Update! Now you can convert .3DSX files into .CIA files! You can also make custom banners, which is pretty cool if you ask me =P

Hi,
I've decided to create an account just to tell you how awesome you are for making this tool!
It is very effective and so very simple to operate!
It was a bit tricky to find it due to the name which doesn't really suggest that this is an extract/rebuild tool, but I know you can't do nothing about it now.
Nonetheless, you are a god person and I thank you wholy for this fantastic tool!

Also,
I can't understand why every modding tutorial still points to other tools which are not only not noob friendly but also, from 8hours Ive spent on them yesterday, seem quite ineffective in what they are meant to do.

Please help can I play download game without mode the console

You don't need to triple post, forums tend to be a bit slower than some other sites

The Nintendo eShop is the only way to download games without modding the console, modding is very safe and easy nowadays though just follow 3ds.hacks.guide.

Also, you generally won't get help with pirating games around places like this (see the site rules – no warez), there are a lot of free homebrew games though that you can legally get!

(it's also generally best not to 'necrobump' dead threads like this one fyi)
