Yes, I have the "mariokart7 - cia" folder, (yeah, it is that game, and it's fully decrypted), "partition 0" folder seems fine, with banner-dir and ExeFSdir inside completely extracted, but repacking it's not working.

Could you take a screenshot of the folder where the tool is?

It cannot be because of the tool. I have tested myself using my own copy of MK7 and it works just fine. Did you delete anything inside the "Partition 0" folder (or any other partition folder)? Try running the tool with admin privileges and see if it works. If none of that works, then I'm sorry, but I can't help you at all :|

As I said before, I think it's not that hard to undertand that my files are ok, I'm not deleting anything from the folders before to proceed to use your tool, I tried 2 methods:
1st attempt with your tool and it didn't work rebuilding the cia package.
2nd attempt using a command prompt, manually rebuilding with the same files, same binaries from bin folder that you provide and it worked, so? I think the problem is your batch file, something wrong with it. Let's hope someone else have the time to test it and give a second opinion.

Another try with another game and same result.

Does it say that it's "done" as soon as you select an option? If so, try downloading it again.

Nope, it say

Rebuilding RomFS...
Rebuilding Banner...
Rebuilding ExeFS...
Rebuilding partition #0...
Rebuilding ManualRomFS...
Repacking cia file...

and then ---> Done. Press any key continue.

I tried downloading again and the same thing.

Weird... And, do they take a long time or are they instantaneous?
I honestly don't know what the problem might be. It's working just fine for me. I've done it countless times without issues at all.

Finally got it working, using the latest command line tools compiled directly from source. Works fine in almost every CIA tested, but Virtual Console GBA titles give a different size when repacking (without any modification) just for testing purposes.

Custom GBA Pokémon Emerald
Original size: 16.893KB
Output size: 9.373KB

It's quite weird to know that it wasn't working in the first place, as everything was just fine for me and everyone else (with the exception of a few f*** ups I made, mostly, if not all, found by @KunoichiZ ). Anyway, nice to hear that it's working now.

What could be the problem with the final size of the CIA file I'm trying to repack?
Installation give error.

Well, if you aren't interested in it, then why are you here? Just to say that there already exists a tool like this? Keep on using PackHack if you want, I just made this to make things slightly simpler, so if you don't think it's useful, then just ignore it.
