Have you tried holding the wifi switch up/on while powering on the system? Just curious what it would do.
I used to get the black screens on the firmware with the OKGo video, randomly while playing Rayman 3D, and a few other occasions. Turning the wifi off worked, but the recent updates seemed to have fixed the problem. I don't remember reading it thus far, but are you on the current firmware?
I'm confident you'll get it replaced either way, and just like others said, it's a flaw within the software so it's not your fault. Good luck, I hope it works out.
