Hardware 3DS stopped working. HELP!

I tried, same screen is popping up. Ds cards and 3ds cards aren't being recognised. It crashes within 5 seconds, so i click an application the 3ds screen pops up on top then crashes

Maybe its a battery problem, charge your 3DS completely and leave it alone,
If the problem still persists and its been an hour... contact Nintendo.
TAKE THE SD CARD OUT OF THE SYTEM, ANY GAME, AND HAVE THE SYSTEM OFF.
Now just relax and let the system charge for an hour.

It's actually fully charged. Only played around 30 minutes after it finished charging before this started, but I'll charge it anyway

Thats WHILE in game, this is a different situation.

I did, still crashes. Tried with both ds game and 3ds game, no result...

Do you have any data of the R4 in your logbook? Even if it didn't work you might wanna delete it.

i'm not able to access log book to delete it...
I'll post another video so you know what i mean

Just curious, do the other things in your menu work?
Like the friends list and the Internet etc?
The lighting, the menu layers?
Try moving your icons around.

I can sort of load them and move them around, but after a while it crashes.
E.g. any program crashes like log book one. Moving around and brightness crashes like first video.

I was just fully charging it... It'll take ages to drain battery now...

Im not sure... 8bitwaluigi sent in his dstwo in his dsi by mistake and they still fixed his dsi so they might fix ur 3ds... they destroyed the dstwo
