This is NOT legit, it's false. It makes you do a survey that pays the video maker. you're just giving him money.

There is no way to hack the 3DS Currently.

Do not trust any hacking of the newer consoles and portables on youtube.. Youtube are full of weirdo and scammed people out there. If its out then you would read the gbatemp in the front page. :) Gbatemp is a trustworthy site. Keep read. :)

It's not even a current video, it's from December 2011 and still goes on about the old 3DS firmware 3.0.0.5 "and older", that should've been a give away.

    I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
