Edit: The new themehax 2.0 now seems to have a configuration option for this built in, so you should probably use that instead.

For the new installer or the one I linked? For the one I linked follow the instructions in the post. For the new one, I have no idea. It may require manually editing the config on the SD card, but there's definitely an option for it.

Sky3ds works in 10.2, it can't play eshop games and so far there is 3 games that are affected by the new Anti-Piracy mechanisms:

Happy Home Dessigner
Tri Force Heroes
Fire Emblem IF

You can play every other retatil game released to date, but it will most likely not work with games released in the future due to the AP.

There is no way to bypass this as of now, we don't know if there will be a way at all, the HANS way was a hoax, so you shouldn't buy a Sky3ds expecting to have a fix in the future because it may not happen.
