Is it safe to buy a second-hand 3DS with a publicly displayed serial number?
My reason for asking is because I plan on buying a second hand 3DS but the seller posted pics of the back of their 3DS online, with the serial number very visible. I don't want to find out one day that I was console banned out of the blue.
