can you hex edit?
its literally 1 byte

anyway, if you open bravely default up in a hex editor, and jump to 189 and change it from 01 to 00...i will see if i can throw a little patcher or something together, but tbh its really easy in the hex editor

Well... I can open the save file with hex editor... But that's all, I don't understand what there xD

just change the 1 hightlighted to 00

just to clarify...you edit the rom, not the save

I was doing it all wrong, as I opened the save not the rom as you said XD But I managed to do it!
What a great find, I guess people with saves full of hours of gameplay will be pleased to know they didn't lost everything

I been playing mariokart lately and have have gold trophies in all but 1 of the 150cc circuits (so I'm missing 1 character). I have only reached the 600 total coin level so I don't have about half of the kart upgrades. I can upload it in the morning if that's complete enough. It's a USA region save.

(Just finished with all bonus unlocked (galleries, movies, music ...)
The next step is to get all the coins and finish the puzzles

btw, since my previous 3ds with my 3dslink and my laptop was stolen (including my backed up savedgames) , i picked up another 3ds and gateway and been catching up with my savegames. in case anyone needs any, atm ive got

Yoshis Island USA (cleared, not 100% yet tho)
Mario 3D Land USA (5 glowing stars, every course cleared with Mario&Luigi including gold poles, secret level cleared)
Starfox 64 3D USA (all badges on n64 and expert modes)
New Super Mario bros 2 USA (5 glowing stars, everything 100%)
Harmoknight EUR, Game cleared including secret world 8, all levels unlocked

ive got a few others too, some ive already uploaded on previous pages . Still gotta beat a few games from my list yet.

Im still in need of that Mario Kart USA save, and a DKC returns USA save that has that extra exclusive world.
