Hacking 3DS Roms!!!???

Hello,
That's my first thread as I am new here. I can see that this site has great members so I decided to ask you something.
I found a site with 3 3ds roms. The roms are the following:
-Tom Clancys Ghost Recon Shadow Wars [EUR]
-Super Monkey Ball 3D [EUR]
-Lego StarWars III [EUR]
I downloaded them and they seams real. I would gave you the link of the site but it is not allowed by GBAtemp as it contains 3DS roms...
And the questions are :
Is it possible to dump 3ds roms? How these guys dumped them? And is there any way to play them?

I am sorry if I have any spelling mistake. I am from Greece.

Not at the moment any emulators out that claim it can play 3ds roms are fake I know I tried 3 .

yes, roms were dumped, but no one can do anything with them at the moment.
so there's no need to make a big fuss about it.
there are threads about the subject already
