Hacking 3ds rom question

So, I got a Rom thats compressed from 16/32gb(as says the nfo file) but when I unrar it, its only 4 gigs.. what gives? Am I extracting the multi-rar files wrong? Is it one of those bit-byte deals?

No, the nfo files say something in gigabits (not gigabytes) but 4 gb sounds about right. There aren't any roms at 16gb / 32 gb obviously. I don't think the cartridges hold that much memory ( don't quote me on this though)

Yes that's it. 8 bit=1byte. So it is 32 gigabit = 4 gigabytes.
