Hacking 3ds reads cmd files

I would assume that this is a sort of temporary cache file for the program.

WTFun. Why would nintendo make the 3DS read a windows command like that?

what, you mean the 3ds couldn't find C:\Windows\System32\shutdown.exe ? i'm shocked

your code is referencing a windows executable.
