Hardware 3Ds Notification LED Always Lit?

first of all, sorry to post here, in an old thread, but i got the same problem...

But it's weird the light is very weak and the bright increase little by little until is like connor's photos (it took like 20 min or so to bright like that)

Wasn't able to fix it but eventually it just died off, never lit up again.

same here, the light took off a couple of days ago and all seems normal now ^^

And sorry again being a necromancer
