Homebrew 3ds not working with SD card on

I've been on luma 9.1 for months (latest firmware for the 3ds too), but now when I tried to delete some software that in the 3ds' software management menu popped up as a question mark with 0 blocks, it was stuck on the "deleting" screen, so I turned my 3ds off. When I turned it back on, none of my software was popping up, and as soon as I closed the folder I was on, my 3ds froze completely. It works fine with the SD card out, and my SD card works fine in my laptop, so IDK what the issue is, can anyone help?

I used to have this problem but when I finally bothered to get sighax it stopped.

Are you using Arm9 or SIGHAX?
